never knowing for sure if it will be, from the man up above.
Taking a new partner, some times it's to much,
because you don't think about it, you just go by a hunch.
Everyone you know, tells you he or she may be the one,
but it is you who should pick, and from your heart this is done.
Does this person give you, happiness and maybe even joy,
and does he treat with respect, and not just a toy.
The one that you decide on, to be in your life for good,
is the one that will bring the most solace, this is what it should.
Knowing each others passions, and special things at best,
will really help you decide, and lay this thing to rest.
We have to pick the man or woman, who can show us this,
love and compassion to each other, then we'll have true bliss.
He or she must know, when we want to be wined and dined,
not giving us a problem, if a card did not get signed.
Now you have chosen a person, who a friend can also be,
your search is almost over, this is what you see.
You now have been with him or her, on many a date,
your mind has decided, that this indeed could be, your Soul Mate.
